Not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice

Foundera is an educational modeling and budgeting tool, not a financial advisor. Its projections are estimates generated from the assumptions you enter and simplified models of taxes, markets, and other factors. Actual results will differ, often significantly. Nothing in Foundera is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to take any financial action. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions. You are solely responsible for your financial choices.

Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 to create an account. You’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to breach security or access others’ data, no automated abuse, no reverse-engineering for harmful purposes, and no unlawful use.

Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

Foundera offers optional paid plans (Plus and Pro) billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card details. By subscribing you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method the then-current fee for your plan.

Auto-renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Plans & billing → Manage plan (Stripe’s billing portal); cancellation stops future renewals, and your paid features stay active through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Refunds. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law — canceling prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund the current period.

Price changes & taxes. We may change plan prices or features; we’ll give reasonable notice and any change applies to your next renewal, not the period you’ve already paid for. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout. The free Starter tier has no charge.

Your data & backups

You retain ownership of the information you enter. We grant you the ability to export it; we recommend keeping your own backups of anything important. You’re responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.

Service “as is”; no warranty

Foundera is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that calculations are error-free, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that it fits a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any financial losses, arising from your use of Foundera.

Termination

You may stop using Foundera and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access that violates these terms.

Changes

We may update the service and these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
